Daughter of Charles Amadeus of Savoy-Nemours and Élisabeth of Bourbon-Vendôme, in 1665 she married Charles Emmanuel II of Savoy, becoming Duchess of Savoy. After his death, she exercised the regency for her son Victor Amadeus II.
